Replacement policy.

The flower shop keeps a generous stock of flowers that is refreshed every few days. Even so, because of the seasonality of certain flowers in the bouquet, such as lilac or ranunculus, the delivered bouquet may follow a recipe with some small changes. Rest assured that our team will deliver an equally spectacular bouquet even if certain stems are substituted with similar ones.

How to care for it.

• Provide a vase with clean water. Replace the water once a day, taking care to clean the inside of the vessel with detergent every few days.
• Cut about 2 centimetres off all the stems of the bouquet every 3 days, using garden shears or a knife. This helps the flowers absorb water better.
• Keep the bouquet away from ripe fruit, which gives off a gas called ethylene that can speed up the wilting of the flowers.
