As long as you place your order before 18:00, you can select same-day delivery. Bear in mind that, depending on the volume of orders or the availability of flowers, certain time slots or even whole days may not be selectable. Particular requests, such as a fixed delivery time or delivery in under an hour, can only be honoured subject to the availability of the shop staff. To be sure, ask before placing the order rather than afterwards. For company invoicing, add the company details at the end of the message-for-the-recipient field. Please note that our company is not VAT registered.

Tips for extending the freshness of the flowers in the bouquet.

So that the recipient can enjoy the freshness of the flowers for as long as possible, we include care instructions together with special flower food. These instructions cover the following points:

• Once you get the bouquet home or to the office, place it in a clean vase with fresh water.
• You will need to replace the water in the vase daily so bacteria cannot develop.
• Add half the sachet of flower food to the water on the first and third day, stirring the contents of the vase with a spatula before putting the bouquet in.
• Every 3 days, cut the tips of the flower stems with garden shears or a knife.
• Do not place the flowers in excessive heat or in the draught of an air conditioner.
