Care

The arrangement contains a hydrangea, which can be more sensitive to sudden changes in temperature, to draughts and to breaks in hydration. If the blooms do droop, do not worry. Simply mist water directly over the flower head and the situation is put right. The result is immediate: the hydrangea florets revive and regain their firm shape.

The velvet box arrangement does not need rehydrating until the third day after it arrives. Then it is enough to pour a glass of water somewhere in the middle of the flowers so that it trickles down onto the floral foam at the base of the box. The box is lined with a layer of cellophane, so if you pour a little too much water it will not leak.
